Most security assessments are equipment inventories. Someone counts your cameras, checks your locks, and recommends more of both. That is not how a diplomatic facility is evaluated, and it is not how we work.
Our method comes from the standards used to protect U.S. posts under active threat, adapted for community buildings that have to stay open and welcoming. We run a site survey and write it up as sustain and improve. Sustain is what already works and should be left alone. Improve is what needs to change, ordered by how much it matters.
The scope is not a checklist. If it affects the security of your building, it is in the report. That includes the things a checklist has no line for, like a side door your staff props open every Tuesday.
We look for the free or low cost fix first. A lot of what we find is a habit or a procedure, and correcting it costs nothing. Equipment comes up when nothing cheaper solves the problem.
We do not sell equipment and we take nothing from anyone we recommend. No commissions, no vendor relationships, no referral fees.
We spend as long on site as the property takes, across multiple visits when it needs them. We walk the perimeter and the interior at different times of day, observe services, shift changes, and high-traffic periods, review camera footage, door hardware, and written protocol, and sit down with staff and leadership to learn how the building is actually used. Nothing gets assessed from a clipboard on a single afternoon.
A full assessment organized by category. Every finding comes with a specific recommendation, ranked by cost and urgency, and grant eligibility is called out where it applies. Delivered within two weeks of the final site visit.
